Platform Fees

PayLayer's 1% platform fee is non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully processed.

End User Refunds

Refunds to end users of apps built on PayLayer are at the discretion of the app creator. App creators are responsible for their own refund policies toward their customers.

Disputes

If you believe a fee was charged in error, contact us within 30 days at billing@pay-layer.com and we will investigate.
