Terms of Service

Effective date: April 7, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using PayLayer ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

PayLayer provides payment infrastructure for software developers and app creators, including an SDK, API, and dashboard for processing payments and managing access control.

3. Fees

PayLayer charges a platform fee of 1% of successfully processed revenue. This fee is deducted automatically. Payment processor fees are separate and charged by the respective processor.

4. Creator Responsibilities

You are responsible for your app, its content, and compliance with applicable laws. You must not use PayLayer for illegal products or services. You are responsible for providing accurate business information.

5. Payouts

Payouts are processed according to the schedule of the underlying payment processor. PayLayer is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. PayLayer reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

PayLayer is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
