Terms of Service

Effective date: April 7, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using PayLayer ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

PayLayer provides payment infrastructure for software developers and app creators, including an API, dashboard, and integration tools for accepting USDT cryptocurrency payments and managing access control.

3. Fees

PayLayer charges a platform fee of 1% of successfully processed revenue. This fee is deducted automatically from your prepaid credit balance. No charges apply until your first payment is processed.

4. Credits

To activate payments, creators must maintain a prepaid credit balance. Credits are consumed at 1% per processed transaction. Unused credits are refundable upon request. PayLayer reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of suspected fraud or terms violation.

5. Creator Responsibilities

You are responsible for your app, its content, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You must not use PayLayer for illegal products or services. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

PayLayer facilitates USDT TRC-20 payments. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. PayLayer is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses by end users.

7. Payment Delivery

Customer payments go directly to your registered USDT wallet address on the Tron blockchain — PayLayer does not hold, route, or take custody of your customers' funds at any point. PayLayer is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the creator.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. PayLayer reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

PayLayer is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including losses from cryptocurrency price fluctuations.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
